The main conference and the Tuesday workshops will be located at the Maritim Hotel Würzburg. The Monday workshops will be located at the Hubland Campus of the University of Würzburg.

For your convenience, we have posted the Conference Companion as a pdf file on the conference web site. The Conference Companion includes all relevant practical information about the conference including conference program, conference venue & important addresses, room plans, meeting points and maps for the welcome reception and social event, etc. You will receive a printed version at the registration desk as part of the conference bag.
Maritim Hotel Würzburg
The Maritim Hotel is located close to the town centre next to the river “Main”. Together with the adjoined Congress Centre it provides a variety of conference rooms. Maritim will provide catering for coffee breaks and lunch.
The conference hotel provides a special rate to ICAC 2016 attendees. Booking information is provided under http://icac2016.uni-wuerzburg.de/venue/accommodation/. We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible to secure the special rate.

Hubland Campus
The Campus is located in the eastern outskirts of Würzburg and can be reached by bus. The conference rooms are provided by the University’s Faculty for Mathematics and Computer Science.
Guideposts will be placed for you to find your way from the bus stops and the parking space.
Lunch will be served at the nearby Mensateria where a selection of various food types is available. Coffee will be served next to the workshop rooms.
