Conference Hotel

The main conference (Wed-Fri) and the Tuesday workshops will be located at the Maritim Hotel Würzburg.

In case you have already reserved your room online through HRS or other portal, we kindly ask you to cancel this booking and rebook directly via email (info.wur@maritim.de) or by phone (+49 931 3053 830) using the booking reference “ICAC2016” in order to use the special rate and benefits for ICAC participants (online booking using the special rate is not supported). Please note that booking directly at the conference hotel is really important since we have negotiated reduced rental costs for the meeting facilities if most participants stay at the conference hotel. This allows us to keep the registration fees limited and provide a more attractive social event.

The conference hotel provides a special rate to ICAC 2016 attendees: 108 EUR per night including breakfast. The special rate can only be claimed by booking directly via E-Mail (info.wur@maritim.de) or by Phone (+49 931 3053 830) using the booking reference “ICAC2016”. It can not be claimed when booking online or booking through hotel portals (e.g., HRS). We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible to secure the special rate. The special rate also gives you the advantage of being able to cancel on a short notice (e.g., in case of sickness) without extra fees.
