ICAC 2016 offers limited grants to enable students to attend the conference. The volume and extent of the awarded grants will depend on the number of applicants and on the amount of additional funding.
How to apply?
To apply you should submit the following:
- A fully filled-out ICAC 2016 Support Grant Application. The application form is included below.
- A letter of recommendation from your advisor, supporting the application, which must cover the technical merit of your participation.
- A short statement (up to one page) describing any research you have been doing and a list of papers you have published. If you have a paper accepted for ICAC 2016 this statement is not required.
Applications have to be in plain text (no attachments, simple ASCII text in the body of your message), in English, and submitted by email to email@example.com with the subject “Support Grant”. The advisor’s statement should be sent separately from the application, and should indicate the applicant’s name in the “Subject” line.
The deadline for receipt of applications for support grants is May 31st, 2016.
Notifications will be sent out via e-mail by June 6th, 2016.
